Steven & Tracey  Jiles

Steven Jiles is an agent and co-owner of Jiles Insurance, LLC.  He specializes in Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.  He has spent the past 20+ years in the insurance and financial services industry, holding sales and management roles with major insurance companies such as Humana and State Farm.  With a central focus on providing excellent customer service, Steven strives to always put the coverage and budget needs of his clients first.  Having the experience of an entrepreneur, he has started and sold multiple businesses in the past.  With this in mind, he has the understanding and empathy necessary to satisfy the insurance needs of individuals and families alike.

Being a native of Louisiana and Texas, with a passion for education, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from East Texas Baptist University, and a Masters Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. 

He has been married to his wife Tracey since 1999, and they have 4 children.  In his spare time his passion is studying the Bible, spending time with family, and anything related to outdoor yard work.  As an agent who believes that following the “Golden Rule”  (Luke 6:31) is the key to success, you will be pleased have Steven as your insurance agent.

Tracey Jiles is an agent and co-owner of Jiles Insurance, LLC.  She specializes in anything related to service and account management.  She has spent the past 20+ years in the insurance and financial services industry, holding roles primarily as an account executive, with functions in customer services and agency management.  With a central focus on providing excellent customer service, Tracey strives to always put the customer service needs of her clients first and foremost.  

Being raised as a “military brat”, she has resided in places ranging from Europe, to the Country of Panama. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Kinesiology from East Texas Baptist University.  She has been married to her husband Steven since 1999, and they have 4 children.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, cleaning, spending time with family and anything related to home organization.  As an agent who believes that “He that is greatness among you shall be a servant” (Matthew 23:11), you will be pleased to hire Tracey to manage your insurance coverage needs.
